Packaging, Insurance, Shipping, California Proposition 65 Laws, proper labels, Hazardous Product Laws, proper labeling, warehousing, delivery and distribution are the exclusive responsibility of the Client and “Not Advertising Creativity Unlimited USA / Aaron Keith Hammock Productions.” CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR ALL ORDERS.

ALL REQUIRED FEES WILL BE INVOICED AND PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PRODUCTION.

CLIENT BILLED FREIGHT;

In some cases, clients may need a shipping account number and authorized account to add to the invoice and include proper shipping labels to Agency. There may be a standard manufacturer third party billing charge within the United States. Some manufacturers do not bill third party freight.

It is highly recommended for the client to insure their orders against any freight losses. Agency freight charges are taxable and may incur minimum charges.

Agency repackaging & billing of freight may incur standard or express carrier billed freight charges, taxes and additional handling, packaging, insurance and labeling fees.

Split shipping charges will apply based on packing and, shipping requirements.

US manufacturing split shipments may require additional charges.

Client Supplied Incorrect Shipping Addresses: This may incur additional carrier charges per address, per carton. When necessary, Manufacturer and Agency charge repackaging, handling and reshipping fees.

IMPORTED SHIPPING;

To USA From Outside of The USA: Extra lead time is required due to US customs and distance. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for out of country orders.

NOTE: The manufacturer is required to include a commercial invoice and other necessary export documents required by US customs to allow entry. Therefore we cannot blind drop ship when shipping on the manufacturer's or client's shipping account #.

CLIENT ACCEPTS THAT: Overseas products that are purchased and shipped to The USA, may require additional shipping fees and handling charges. International freight rates, taxes, fees and duties may apply. This MUST be prepaid to Agency in full prior to actual production. Clients accept complete responsibility for import.
